Brief Description of Persona:
Philea is petite to the extreme and beyond fragile. She is barely four feet tall, she would be slightly taller except her back is hunched over from old age and turns in the mines. She has bright white hair, deep brown eyes and skin so pale it is doubtful it has ever seen the light of day. Her skin is wrinkled and has a few age spots.

Philea is an old woman set in her ways. She will adapt to change if it is required of her but she does not seek new ways or improved ways on her own instead she does things like she has always done them until she is told to do otherwise. She keeps to herself with only her wher and firelizard for company. If asked for advice or wisdom she will talk the person's ear off.

Brief Description of History:
Philea was born and bred a miner. She was always small and fragile as a child. This at first posed no problems as it was ideal to send her into small spaces. She spent her entire apprenticeship changing glows and setting, checking and emptying tunnel snake traps. Unable to perform any of the hard labor required of a miner she learned everything about the craft but never experienced it. When she was 20 turns she was over due to walk the tables but could not perform the tasks required. So the hall decided to she if she could be a wher-handler. Philea returned with Phisk and made the perfect search and rescue team with her ability to crawl into small spaces and his night vision. She retired when she was 60 turns and now she lives in a small cave left over from a mined out shaft with Phisk and Dek. For the last nineteen turns she has kept to herself and took on the night hours of Phisk and hardly ever leaves her den when the sun is out. This lifestyle has caused her eyes to reject the sunlight almost as much as her whers. Since hardly anyone ever sees her rumors have circulated about her and she is feared by apprentices who dare each other to go knock on her door as a sort of rite of passage.

Description of Wher:
Phisk is shy and enjoys the solitude that Philea shares with him. He used to love people and exploring the minds at night when he was younger but now in his old age he rather likes the quiet life he leads. He is a dark midnight blue which makes him very hard to see at night which is when most people see him. However his eyes are rather large for his size and the changing colors make them easy to see.

Description of Pet:
Dek is a curious firelizard who flies all over the place during the day letting Philea see through his eyes what goes on when she is awake and cares to. He is a light sky blue that makes him almost invisible when flying through clear skies but stands out when perched in trees, rocks or the ground and when he flies into the kitchens and harasses the drudges.
