Brief Description of Persona:
Ba'rill is a medium sized boy of about 5'9" tall and weighs in at 160lbs. give or take a few. His brown hair and brown eyes make him blend into a crowd. He is a late bloomer and hopefully will get a bit taller.
Ba'rill has always had a soft spot for animals, oddball and misfit people. He himself was a bit of an underdog at the beastcraft hall. Although picked on frequently by the Hall bully, Ba'rill never let it affect him other than to make him a bit quiet. Other than his quietness, Ba'rill is a happy friendly boy.
Brief History of Persona:
Born to Beastcrafter parents, Balarill was a natural to follow in their footsteps. While at the hall he became the target for the Hall Bully. The tables turned when the Searchrider came and chose Balarill instead of the overconfident bully. Now with his lifemate, Gerrilath, Ba'rill leads a happy life at Coral Reef Weyr.
Description of Dragon:
Gerrilath is a sensitive, emotional artiste. He can spend candlemarks watching the way the sun plays off the ripples of the ocean, or contemplating /why/ it is that makes humans act the way they do. Though he may sigh and talk about how he is embittered about love, deep down he is a romantic and charms the lady dragons with his poetry and beautiful language. Usually, however, he is a private and introverted brown. His thoughts run deep, and may occasionally surprise his rider with their insight. Gerrilath is a dignified dragon and it will pain him when he enters the awkward, clumsy phases of weyrlinghood. He doesn't enjoy practical things, such as helping Ba'rill decide what to wear for a Gather, and even has to be reminded to eat. Needless to say he gets distracted easily and has the usual bad long-term memory of a dragon, but for Gerri this is no problem. He is always rediscovering how beautiful the world is.
