Name: D’neel
Rank: Brownrider
Age: 29
Craft: Runner
Craft Rank: Senior Apprentice
Dragon Name: Arinth
Dragon Color: Brown
Dragon Age: 10
Brief Description of Persona:
D'neel is a lanky 6'7", extremely tall for a dragonrider. He has dark brown hair and blue eyes. He prides himself on his eyes, which are a deep blue on the outside and fade to light blue on the inside. They are surrounded by dark lashes and perfect eyebrows. He has light skin for a dragonrider, but he is well muscled. There is not an ounce of fat on him. He has a slightly lop-sided smile and a rather odd-shaped head, but he "models" his hair to try and hide the look. Not considering himself vain, he rarely pays attention to the girls.
Born Dyrineel, D'neel grew up the son of a runner couple. When he was ten, his father killed himself, scarring both D'neel and his older brother Metiu. D'neel never mentions his earlier years because of this black mark. He is extremely sensitive of other people's feelings and tries to honor any requests they make. Even with this barrier, he is still a guy and enjoys his games of poker and humor. He tries not to let his past hold him back much. Arinth is a constant therapy to him.
Brief Description of History:
Apprenticed at the Runner Station at 5 from his long legs and endless energy, Dyrineel learned to run with his brother Metiu. Metiu is three turns older, and when Dyrineel was 13, Metiu was searched and impressed a bronze dragon. Seeing his brother and his dragon made Dyrineel long for the life of a dragonrider. As he grew older, his dream never died, but his chances did. Finally, at 19, he was Searched and Impressed brown Arinth.
Description of Dragon:
Arinth is a deep brown color with coppery-bronze swirls across his hide and is medium-sized for a brown. He has a usually calm disposition, but he loves to have his immature moments. He is extremely logical and talks D’neel through problems. Arinth’s eye is always on the ladies, and he makes up for his rider’s lack on interest with his own.
