Name: T'sy
Rank: Brownrider
Age: 29

Dragon Name:Alith
Dragon Color: Brown

Brief Description of Persona:

  • T'sy is tall standing at 6'3 and seems to be all legs and arms. But his turns as a dragonrider have given him enough muscle and grace that he doesn't appear gawky or out of proportion. But he does give the impression that he had a very awkward adolesence and that impression is right.

His face isn't too bad looking, if on the avearge, boyish side. It's when he smiles that he reveals a certain friendly boyish charm that that the girls just love and not help smile back to. His eyes are a so dark blue they appear black and always hold warm humour and intelligence. His hair is curly but is the bane of his existance as it is ginger. His skin, thanks to his northern heritiage is fair, even milky and tends to burn furiously and peel in the sun. But he doesn't freckle.

He has a terrible bad habit of humming tunelessly to himself when he's working, doing something or just hanging out. It's a sign he is happy but it can be a little odd and gets him alot of teasing.

  • T'sy has pretty much the ideal brownrider personality - so no surprise he Impressed one. T'sy is solid, dependable, open hearted, honest to a fault and friendly to everybody. He's a people person and is fiercly loyal to those he loves or holds as close friends. He adores animals, small children, food, good wine and women.

He is also very steady, independant and practical, with a good streak of common-sense and a no-nonsence attitude.

    Brief History of Persona:

  • Tasay is the middle child of three born to two beastcrafters stationed at a minor hold near Telgar Weyr. His family was one of the many who supplied animals to the weyr. All his life he was brought up around animals and ingrained with the steady, practical rhythems of such a life. As the middle child of three he developed a very independant, determined streak.

At the tender age of 12 Tasay asked to apprentice to the beastcrafter hall just like his older brother and parents. Happy another son wanted to follow them they agreed and Tasay apprenticed to the local Beastcrafter Hall. As he worked his way up the ranks of an Apprentice he found he had a particular interest in pern's dragons. This wasn't a new interest as he'd been around and see enough of them in his life. SO it was this interest that sent him downt he path towards being a dragon healer. He walked the tables to be a Journeyman dragonhealer at was sent to a post at Telgar Weyr.

He was at Telgar Weyr serving in his role of Journeyman dragonhealer when one of the dragons he was working on, a blue, Searched him and he stood as a Candidate. To his surprise, on his first try, out of the very first egg to hatch a little klah coloured dragon, calling himself Alith walked right up to him and that was it, he became a dragonrider.

They spent their weyrling turns plodding slowly through it until they graduated into a fighting wing. They spent the next four turns building up their skills and experience. However he found the cut-throat attitude to ranking positions in his weyr were too much for him. He dearly wanted a wingsecond placing but with all the jockying for postion, backstabbing and petty jealousies going on put him off trying. But when he heard there was a wingsecond vacancy down at Dawning Light Weyr he jumped at the chance to give it a go and applied.

    Description of Dragon:

  • Alith is quite a large brown and has a solid enough build to give him the famed brown strength and stamina. But he is longer then the average brown allowing him better manouvability in the air. His hide is a dark, rich klah brown making him quite a handsome brown. Like his rider Alith is steady and full of common-sense. He tend to be a more daring then his rider and a bit of a showoff.
