A tall and broad shouldered man, Lord Gyvan tends to tower over people. He's got keen intelligent gray eyes and golden blond hair that he wears short. He's well muscled without an bit of fat on his powerful frame. He has thick hands. He has scars all over his hands and arms from training canines and from other things.
Gyvan is a highly intelliegent man. And extremely devious. He is quite always taking in what is going on around him, always listening to what people say and remembering it. People see him as a generous man because he always is taking an interest in what others are doing. What they don't see is the caculating man that he is, his disregard for human life and his tyranical desire for complete efficency. He is a brutal man wrapped in a veniar of a civilized man and he's not afraid of getting his hands dirty to get what he wants done.
Brief History of Persona:
Lord Gyvan of Twighlight Hold came upon his holdership at the ripe age of thirty five when his father died. He was the third oldest child of four, but his other brothers died of the plague, a riding accident and falling down the stairs, respectively. He married at twenty eight and had three strong sons which he fostered out, two to the north and one in the south. His wife however died under tragic circumstances when he was forty five. He hasn't remarried since, and hasn't shown an inclination to do so. Instead he has started to focus his life and his goals on a very interesting project. To basically, slowly, take over Pern. To do this he has enlisted the help of his younger cousin, Ryvan who is the holder of the minor hold Midway and is slowly swindleing his way into the minds of the other holders, hopefully to do what he wants.
Description of Pet:
Large black canines, with sharp teeth thick muscles and short tempers. They're found around his hold as watch animals. He likes them better than whers or Flits. He has two that he usually keeps with him and that follow him like shadows.
