Bracken, isn't your average gold rider. She's a bit larger then life, to many. Standing at a commanding 6 foot even and weighs in close to
165, she tends to catch most people's attention. A gamine smile, shows when she smile. Her skin is cream colored given to burn when she's in the sun, and her hair is a dark mahogany, that only reaches to her chin. Curling wildly she's often seen wearing a band to keep it back. Her dark blue eyes are driect and often have a way of looking through you. Her features though a bit heavy, stil show a very pretty rider.
Bracken, is an odd ball, she takes to laughing at things she finds funny, though no one else does, and scowlig while most are laughing. Her jokes are the ones that make people want to bang their heads on the wall in order to figure them out. She's a great friend and very protective of those she likes. Children are her one weakness, to her all children are precious.
Brief History of Persona:
Born a weyrbrat to a green rider and a bronze rider, Bracken was always a bit different. She was larger then most children, and therefore though of as weird. She didn't know her parents, as they belived firmly in the cache system, so everyone raised her. As a child she looked mainly towards riding to be her job, but wasn't searched until she reached the age of 18. Before then she heped in the nursery's and the infirmary. When she stood, she of all people were suprised when little Golden Gweneth appeared before her and so haughtly informed her she was now her mate and that was that. Being a gold rider at Fort wasn't the best and when a rumore went out the the southern weyrs were looking for a Jr. WW Bracken jumped at the chance to get into the warmth and see more of Pern.
Description of Dragon:
Gweneth isn't small, she's one of the larger golds on Pern, though not to bulky she goes have several lines that remind most peole of bronze
dragon. Her coloring is a rich golden, more like a gold ring under a pool of water. She has very little manuiverabilty, but her stamina is wonderful.
Gweneth is a rather snoty gold. She likes everyone, but her attitude is almost of a lady deeming you worth of speaking to her. She is protective of her rider as her rider is of her.
