Brief Description of Persona:
Tamarin is 5'6" and weighs 119 pounds.
Because she is slightly underweight, she looks slightly lanky and most
people would call her "bony". She has silky, mid-back length
fire-red/blonde hair and piercing pale blue eyes. Her only identifying features
are two scars-one just above her left wrist and another to the right of
her right shoulderblade on her back.
Tamarin is what people on Old Terra
would call sort of a "lone wolf"-in other words, her policy is that if
someone truly wants to talk to her, they'll take the initiative to start
the conversation. Once one gets to know her, however, she's a good
person who is willing to listen if someone needs a shoulder to cry on.
Brief History of Persona:
Tamarin was raised in a cothold in the High Reaches area, one of the middle children in a family with 8 children. Tara, her mother, and Marinnel, her father, were always so busy with the other children, they hardly had time for her. Luckily, her aunt Endrisi, a Journeywoman Harper at the time, helped out with her teaching. When she was 11 Turns old, she spent most of her time climbing the cliffs and mountains near her cothold. One day her eldest brother Tarrel called for her while she was climbing, startling her and thus causing her to fall. The rocks badly cut her back and wrist, resulting in the two scars. The scar on her back is just to the right of her right shoulderblade, and the scar on her wrist is on the upper side of the wrist, nearly encircling half of her wrist. A green dragon from High Reaches Weyr came on Search about a month after her thirteenth birthingday, and she and two of her elder siblings, her brother Tarrel and her sister Rina, were Searched and taken to the Weyr. The Hatching resulted in Tarrel Impressing a bronze dragon and Tamarin Impressing green Anudith. Rina did not Impress her green dragon until her third time standing on the Hatching Grounds. Tamarin decided to begin studying dragonhealing when she completed her Weyrlingship.
Brief Description of Dragon:
Anudith is rather intelligent for a green.
She is about as intelligent as a brown. She is a deep forest green in
color, with flecks of a light jade green located throughout her body.
Anudith is nearly the exact opposite of her rider, talking nearly
constantly and is rather outgoing.
