Brief Description of Persona:
Arae is short, and small. She has the
figure of a girl, despite her age. Her skin is dark from the many hours
in the sun, and rough from all the work and time in the water that
comes from her craft. Her hair is jet black, and cut to just below her chin
so it won't get in her way when she swims. Along the left side of her
neck runs a scar from a childhood accident and there is a large
birthmark on her shoulder she goes out of her way to hide from those around
her.
Arae is somewhat of a recluse. She
likes being around other people and listening to them talk, but she hates
being the center of attention and when she has to speak in a group she
becomes extremely shy. Occasionally has trouble controling her temper,
but for the outside she has no emotions at all.
Brief History of Persona:
Arae was born and raised in the dolphin
holds. Her mother was a dolphineer and her father was a fisher. When she was
seven and her foster brother kellis was nine her father died in a storm
before the dolphins could get to him. She remained with her mother,
switching holds when she did, and always working with the dolphins. Kellis
eventually got married and moved into a larger hold and she no longer
hears from him often. Her Mother (lynna) died two years before from a
bad illness.
Brief Description of Pet:
Dellya is an overly energetic and talkative dolphin.
Quite the opposite of her partner.
Patris follows much the same path as dellya, but instead of sharing her
love of people he often gets jealous, especially when a male is
stealing arae's attention away from him.
