Brief History of Persona:
HBorn the youngest daughter to the vinters at a small northern hold No one thought she would amount to much because she was so simple. She was a sweet sharing child not afraid of working hard, but she never appeared to be the quickest of the children. Not that anyone cared...she was well loved and well treated,but as she came of age something changed, her close family and friends saw something new in her eyes...a passion for her craft. Invited to the Vinter hall at 13 she quickly climbed the ranks and but the time she was 15 she was walking the tables.Once she hit 20 her behavior changed. She was spending almost all her time at the Holder house, she claimed to be helping his sons understand the intricacies of being a vinter, her parents wondered at this considering the sons were between the ages of 16 and 30. Then one day her mother caught her and the oldest son of the holder kissing in a secluded hallway. They were quickly married and when his father asked them to move south to care for the southern Hold of Veridian Orchard the young couple leapt at the chance to get away form their families and on to the lush and luxurious southern Continent. But just as final preparations were being made, Nilakhas new father died in a fall from a runner beast. It was decide by all that the move would still occur, leaving the second youngest son to watch over the small northern hold while the oldest son, his new bride and his aging mother went south.
Everything was as good as could be expected. Even with the beautiful warm climate of the Southern hold, the recently widowed woman called on Nilakha to serve her every need. A task the bright young woman detested, but dutifully performed. The old woman was cruel and difficult. Often telling Nilakha she was the one who ruined her sons life...though how she had done that, Nilakha could not fathom.The following turn Nilakha's husband got sick...contracted a fever and died...leaving her responsible for the Hold. She found herself 28, Lady holder of a prosperous Orchard, where there was always an influx of injured and retired Dragon riders recovering in peace. And she would have been very happy..if it wasn't for her dead husbands mother who was determined to drive the young Lady holder out....
